Defeat for the women's basketball team

The girls lost yesterday's game at home against the champions ICIM Arad with a score of 51-77 (8-27; 13-15; 18-20; 12-15).
With a field goal percentage of just 24% and of 25% from 3-point range, the students were unable to keep up with a team who dominated from start to finish, even though only 11 of their players were on the scoresheet. It's worth mentioning that out of those 11, only 5 are Romanian.
"U"'s scorers were: Flavia Ferenczi - 17 pts, Judit Kajdacsi - 12 pts, Andreea Pop - 8, Monica Koisor - 4, Oana Budai and Alexandra Maria Dumitrache - 3, Renata Szmutku and Iulia Raileanu 2 points each.

Next round, the girls will play in the Capital against Rapid Bucharest, the team that "U" beat 71-65 the last time the two teams played, which was 2 seasons ago.
