Universitatea Cluj will play at home against RCM Timisoara in round 12 of the rugby Superleague.
RCM is in the 4th place, with 33 points and 9 bonus points, while our team is in the 7th place, with 7 points and 3 bonus points. Timisoara is the favourite, and will be able to count on three players that have just returned from New Zealand, as well as on the internationals Burcea, Lazăr, Fercu, Calafeteanu, Rus Vasile, Pungea, Lemnaru.
Universitatea will not count on the coach-player Bogdan Voicu, who was badly injured in Constanta during the last game. He will be away from the field for a longer period of time, with a concussion. All the other team members are healthy.
The team spirit is pretty good, but the financial problems are still lingering. The team will be led from the side line by assistant coach Bogdan Cantor and technical director Octavian Chihaia.
Claudiu Clapon, from Iaşi, will be the referee.
Saturday's game will start at 11 am and will take place in "Iuliu Haţieganu" park.
