A three-goal victory would have put Universitatea back in the 2nd place, but after the first 30 minutes of the game against FC Brasov, this seemed just a dream.

Over 10000 freezeing spectators were relieved in the 39th minute, when Marinescu had fun with two Brasov defenders and took a shot from the edge of the box, with no hope for Felgueiras: 1-0.

The 64th minute marked a superb pass from Cojocnean to Tony, who controlled the ball well, but his shot was not strong enough. Chipciu could have scored the equalizer two minutes before the final whistle, but Achim denied him in the last moment.

This was the history of a match in which we suffered, but in the end we got the three points.

Conclusions:
- Same as in the well-known joke, Abrudan has three gears: slow, slower, and stopped
- We bow again to the South Stand!
- If he wasn't a football player, Popa the goalkeeper would be a magician. He made one Brasov goal dissapear
- Niculescu was rather apathetic
- Our opinion is that the referee, Istrate, is slightly retarded
- The turf was pretty good, with the exception of the trenches from Pacurar's side, which made it impossible for him to play his genial game
- Tony is a footballer
- Good job, Achim!
