On Sunday, Universitatea Cluj's Men's Handball team got a win against HC Voința Sebeș that took them up to 3rd place with one round left to play in the season. "U" won by a score of 31-28 with goals from Liviu Hossu (13), Ioan Polocoșer (9), Levente Fazekaș, Alexandru Pop (3 each), Alexandru Draia (2), and Marian Zoicaș (1).
Coach Alexandru Cucuiet commented for ucluj.ro: "This is an important win that we got through all the hard work and dedication that all the players put in. I'm very happy about the result and I want to thank the boys for showing character out there on the court. All the credit is theirs".
On Friday, "U" will face HC Argeș Pitești at home at 13:00.
