The black and whites saw 58 cards total in the first 17 rounds of the season, 55 of which were yellows and the other 3 were reds. On average, the "red-caps" saw 3 yellow cards per match. Ogăraru's players only had one match - against Ceahlăul in the 17th round - where they didn't see a single card. 

"U"'s 55 yellow cards were shown to 22 players as follows:

-6 yellows: Costin;

-5 yellows: Ninu;

-4 yellows: Stojanovic; Ciupe; Neag; Gravenberch;

-3 yellows: Bucșa; Ceppelini; Viveiros; Mengolo;

-2 yellows: Cristocea; Jovanovic; Lungu; Veselovsky;

-1 yellow: Škvorc; Muşat; Boutadjine; Achim; Paulinho; Kovacs; Târnăcop; Calcan. 

Of players who have made at least one appearance for "U" this season in the league,  Lemnaru, Niculescu, Panagopoulos, Bambara, Bratu, Morar, Jula and Sauvadet have not seen a yellow card. After seeing red, Jovanovic had to serve a 6 match suspension and had to pay an 8,000 lei fine.

"U"'s 3 red cards this season were seen by Veselovsky in the 6th minute against Dinamo, Jovanovic against CSU Craiova in the 81st minute on the bench, and Mengolo in the 34th minute against our neighbors.
