Home win for the men's basketball team

CS Universitatea Cluj-Napoca beat BC Miercurea Ciuc this weekend by a score of 79-67 at home in the 2nd round of qualifiers in Liga 1.
After losing away from home last round (78-76 against Asesoft Kaproni Ploiești), Carmin Popa's players played very well at home as they won each quarter (17-14, 21-15, 22-21, 19-17) to secure a win.
Following the game, "U" Cluj remained in a play-off spot and look ahead to next weekend when they will play away to CSU Cuadripol Municipal Brașov.
