CS Universitatea Cluj-Napoca beat "The Pearl of Harghița", Miercurea Ciuc, at home by a score of 65-62 in the 2nd round of Liga 1.

 
Even though they were trailing after one quarter (19-22), the boys came back in the 2nd and 3rd quarters (14-13, 15-11, respectively). The away team managed to tie the game in the 4th quarter (9-11), sending the game to overtime, where the boys coached by Carmin Popa won by a score of 8-5, winning the game.
 
CS Universitatea Cluj's next game will be away to CSU Cuarripol Municipal Brașov on the weekend of March 8th-9th.
