Universitatea Cluj won their away match against CS Pandurii Tărgu Jiu in the 27th round of Liga 1 by a score of 0-1.

The start of the match saw Nistor take two shots on goal in the 6th and 11th minutes. In the 23rd minute, Munteanu's clearance of Ungurușan's cross fell to Pintilli, whose shot from outside of the box went over the bar. The very same Ungurușan's cross in the 30 minute found Roman, whose header went wide of Veselovsky's goal. As such, the halftime score was 0-0.

The first chance of the second half came in the 50th minute, when Ungurușan's shot-cross was held by "U"'s goalie. Two minutes later, the referee gave Pandurii a penalty after Bambara handled the ball inside the box. The spot-kick was taken by Roman, but the "Red Caps"'s beloved goalie saved it and kept the score at 0-0. The black and whites made the breakthrough in the 70th minute through Nuno Viveiros, who finished Morar's cross from the left. The home side tried to tie the game up, but Veselovsky was able to hold Eric's cross in the 87th minute right in front of Momcilovic. The last chance of the game came in injury time when Costin's shot in the 90+3rd minute was held by Gliwa. The final whistle from Colțescu sealed Universitatea's first away win in the second half of this season's Liga 1.

Viveiros' goal is Universitatea's first goal away from home in the 2nd half of the 2014-2015 season. This goal also makes the Portuguese midfielder Universitatea's top goalscorer this season having scored 4 goals. "U"'s manager will not be able to call on Raul Costin or Narcisse Bambara in "U"'s next match as they will be serving suspensions for picking up their 7th and 4th yellow cards of the season, respectively.

Falub's players' next match will be on Saturday, April 25th at 21:00 when they will face FCSB at home in the 28th round of Liga 1.
