This weekend's opponent, FC Dinamo Bucharest, was born in the spring of 1948, following an initiative of the Ministry of the Interior, as a union between Unirea Tricolor and Ciocanul Bucharest.

The team was moved at that time to Cluj, Brasov, Bacau.

The "Red Dogs", as they are nicknamed by their fans, play their home games on Dinamo Stadium, with a capacity of 15000 seats. Nicolae Badea is the club president and Liviu Ciobotariu is the head coach.

Last season, our team won both games against Dinamo, 4-3 on the road in Ştefan cel Mare and 2-1 in Mediaş, as the hosts.
