Universitatea Cluj's men's basketball team lost their home match against last seasons' champions CSU Asesoft Ploiesti on Sunday by a score of 67-79.
The students gave it their all this game and managed to go into halftime with a 40-35 lead. The away side didn't give up and their experience ultimately made the difference in the end. This was our team's best game so far this season even though they lost.
Our top scorer was Brian Burrell with 20 points, followed by Kamren Belin with 10 points, Vasil Kyosev with 9 points, Nicolae Foalea, Ioan Borșa, and Mirel Dragoste with 8 points, and Mario Lăzar with 4 points.
