"U" Cluj's 3 coaches - Mihai Teja, Ionel Ganea and Gheorghe Barbu - had 42 players at their disposal throughout the season, 4 of whom never came on the field (Alexandru Țicrea, Alin Mutu, Cornel Prescură, Ionuț Rada).
Eleven of those players were foreigners (Robert Veselovsky, Ronald Gërçaliu, Gabriel Machado, Karim Boutdajine, Rodrigo Menezes, Florent Sauvadet, Stuart van Doten, Emil Rilke, Habib Baldé, Gaston Mendy, Roy Odiaka).
Ionel Ganea was the coach for 9 rounds before getting fired and Gheorghe Barbu was the interim manager for 2 rounds until Mihai Teja took over for the last 23 rounds of the season.
