"U" Jolidon won their last home game in the National League playoffs, beating HCM Roman by a score of 24-23. The win secured a 4th place finish for "U", which guarantees that they'll play in Europe next year.
"U" took the lead early and held on to it for the rest of the game, building a 4 goal halftime lead that HCM Roan cut to 1 goal. The girls fought to the very end as Captain Mihaela Ani Senocico scored their last goal of the game, sending the crowd into delirium.
Even though the club had to deal with money problems throughout the season, the girls went above and beyond and had a great season. We'd like to thank them and head coach Horațiu Pașca as well as assistant coach Ioan Ani Senocico.
