Mr Mircea Tomus, one of leading editorial writers for  ucluj.ro  proposed an online petition, which shall be addressed to the rectors of the Universities of Cluj.

Dear "U" fans,

Our dear team is in danger of being moved from its naturally place, or worse: being disband. The solution of finding an investor with money, according to the liberal-capitalist regime rule in which we find ourselves, is quite unreliable and less promising. Let’s  think to the last experience of this kind. I dared to trace another solution to integrate “U” in the University environment, which has received the agreement of several supporters. In this way, we've addressed an open letter  to  all the chancellors of Universities of Cluj, explaining the reasons for such an approach and inviting them to take action in this regard. We invite all those interested to know this project to consult the archive site ucluj.ro, editorials section, and for  those seeking to join this endeavor to express their agreement with a message addressed on the same site.
