Pasca: I'm happy with the team's form

 Due to the league's break, ucluj.ro managed to talk with "U" Jolidon's coach, Hoartiu Paşca.

 
ucluj.ro: We're at the end of 2013, what do you think about the team's form?
 
HP: Contrary to the roster we have and the tough times we've faced, I think the team's form was a suprise
for everyone. At least in the eyes of the experts it was a surprise, bearing in mind that we started the 
year out poorly. This year was full of uncertainty surrounding the team and there were major changes in regards to
"U" Jolidon, but in spite of this I'm happy with everything we've accomplished up to this point.
 
ucluj.ro: Everyone's talking about the game Constanţa. What happened there?
 
HP: The game in Constanţa is my only regret this year, but we need to get over that moment and we need to learn from
our mistakes that game and try not to repeat them. Above all I'm pleased that we're in 4th place in the league at the moment  and want to thank the girls for the way they performed and went about the 1st half of the season.
 
ucluj.ro: How do you plan to approach next year?
 
HP: The upcoming year will be a very hard one, seeing as 10 difficult games are ahead of us. We start against Baia Mare (currently 1st in the league) on January the 8th followed by a difficult away game against CSM București. After that, we'll face teams from Roman, Zalău, Brașov; teams that we're competing with directly for the top spots in the league. Because of this I say that preparing well during this break is extremely important  and I'm certain that following the break, we'll manage to approach these games with the belief and determination needed to make the most out of the season.
