"U"'s women's handball team only managed to obtain a draw by a score of 29-29 against HCM Roman in yesterday's match.
Even though "U" dominated the match and managed to have a 6-point lead in large part thanks to goalie Ana-Maria Măzăreanu's performance, HCM Roman managed to tie the game in the 40th minute.
"U" Alexandrion's goalscorers were Mihaela Ani-Senocico with 10 goals (2 from 7 m.), Laura Popa with 6, Irina Ivan with 3 (1 from 7 m.), Florina Chintoan and Magda Paraschiv with 3 each, Cristina Laslo with 2, and Abigail Vălean and Ṣtefania Florea with 1 each.
